The professionalism of a carers Kerry and Rosemary was 10 out of 10 they were both so reassuring and pleasant in their manor towards me, could not wish for better. another brilliant nurse Lauren and Susan.

I had an operation on my hand and could not get any help in the community for looking after my wound. I telephoned the cope team and they were immediately very helpful, kind and professional. They arranged to visit to remove my stitches. All in all and excellent team and excellent experience.

I had very good care from up to nurse care at home.
I understand that pre-covid there were pre-op classes that could be attended explaining what to expect post-op emotionally and physically. I would like to make a suggestion that this is put into a leaflet form so that it can be passed onto patients for the future until classes can resume.

The care I received, was carried out with the utmost professionalism and attention to my needs.
Particularly the cleaning and dressing of my wound.
The physio instructions were clearly explained and demonstrated well to give me confidence to carry out the tasks on my own. All this was carried out with a cheerful approach, and I cannot thank them enough.

On 30th/31st of August I was lucky enough to be appointed Lauren Davies as my midwife. I ended up having a bit of a traumatic experience resulting in an emergency c section but my husband and I can not thank Lauren enough for her excellent care.
Lauren was with us from 7.30pm to just after 6am when our son was born.
Lauren was friendly, reassuring as well as professional and caring and helped us through each stage of labour.
Lauren has a great personality and kept me entertained throughout each contraction by speaking to me. We had lots in common and had some great conversation which I'll never forget.
Thank you Lauren for helping bring our baby boy safely into the world and keeping us calm and collected. You are a star!
